Nick is an operations partner at Podlaski LLP, representing clients across business law, real estate, and civil litigation, with a strong focus on corporate formation, contract matters, and construction related disputes. Licensed in Indiana and Ohio, he practices primarily in the Fort Wayne region and surrounding areas, bringing extensive experience in both transactional work and litigation, including commercial disputes, regulatory compliance, and personal legal matters. 

He also serves as a Drug Division Felony Public Defender for Allen County and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Reuters Super Lawyers since 2019, along with being named to the Fort Wayne Business Weekly 40 Under 40 class.
