​Can I work with Podlaski Attorneys remotely?

Yes. Most of our work with clients on Indiana legal matters can be handled remotely. Initial consultations are available by phone or video conference as well as in person, engagement agreements can be signed electronically, and documents, invoices, and payments are handled through email, secure upload links, and our online client portal.

Our offices in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis allow us to serve clients throughout northern and central Indiana and to appear in courts across the state, so you do not need to live or work near either office to work with us. Some steps in a matter still require a physical presence, such as certain court hearings, depositions, real estate closings, or documents that must be signed before a notary. We will tell you in advance when an in-person step is needed and coordinate the logistics with you.
