You want to ensure that you are choosing the entity that not only makes sense for your business, but also offers the best tax treatment. We work with you and your accountant in selecting the best corporate form for your business.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO REGISTER MY BUSINESS?

There are hard costs associated with forming your business. To register your business with the Indiana Secretary of State there is a hard cost of $95.00 plus credit card processing fees. We offer competitive pricing for the legal work either through our Managed Legal Services LEXserve for comprehensive retained legal services or through an hourly arrangement.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FORM A BUSINESS?
A:
Once you hire our firm, we are able to form your business and provide you with basic formation documents within a day. Depending on what other formation legal work you may require, such as preparing an Operating Agreement if an LLC is formed, depends on the scope of work. Usually, we have a week to two week turn around on an initial draft.
