With a background in the U.S. Army JAG Corps and an LL.M. from the University of Virginia, he is known for his strategic approach and results driven advocacy. 

Kevin represents clients across complex disputes including commercial litigation, construction law, insurance defense, and wrongful death claims, while also serving as a certified civil case mediator. His experience spans both courtroom litigation and high level business matters, including advising companies within government contracting.
