Justin Camper is an experienced and passionate trial attorney with experience in litigation and negotiation for clients. As a Lake County Prosecutor, Justin tried several bench and jury trials and successfully negotiated over 500 cases. As a civil litigator, Justin represents a variety of clients in diverse areas of the law from personal injury to commercial contract disputes. Justin’s clients know him as a genuine and zealous advocate, who goes above and beyond to obtain the best possible result for them.

Justin is a southside of Chicago native where his dream of becoming an attorney began. He went to Leo Catholic High School, graduated valedictorian and won a full scholarship to Purdue University Calumet. After attending Purdue University Calumet, he graduated with high honors and attended Valparaiso Law School.
Justin started his legal career with the Lake County Prosecutor Office where he worked in the Juvenile and County Division. As a Prosecutor, he handled several cases involving level 6 felonies, misdemeanors, infractions, and specialized driving privileges. After leaving the Prosecutor’s Office, Justin started in business law, entertainment law, real estate, and civil litigation at a local firm in Valparaiso, Indiana. As a civil litigation attorney, he worked with mostly small business owners who needed representation in business transactions and being sued or need to sue someone else to pursue justice.
Justin represents small business owners in areas such as LLC/nonprofit formation, contract drafting and reviewing, trademarks, copyrights, privacy issues, and real estate transactions. Justin also represents clients in areas of criminal defense such as infractions, misdemeanors, and level 6 felonies, expungements, and specialized driving privileges. Lastly, Justin represents clients in civil litigation such as personal injury, business litigation, and other civil matters.
Justin is engaged to be married in August 2020. Justin is an entrepreneur, public speaker, and writer. Justin started his own business JC Productions, LLC an event promotion company that helps provide a platform for artists and business owners to entertain and inspire others. Justin is also a regular guest on the Al and Pals Show podcast, for a segment called, “Just in Case” where he provides a legal analysis on sports issues involved with the law. Finally, Justin is a spoken word poet, minister, and fan of the NBA and all Chicago sports teams.
